Both. You can find us on DoorDash and Uber Eats, but ordering directly through us is faster and cheaper. When you order at uppercrustsc.com or call 831-423-9010, you skip the app fees and go straight to our own drivers. Same pizza, less money out of your pocket, and your order gets to us immediately without a third party in the middle.
Q: How long has Upper Crust been open in Santa Cruz?
Upper Crust was founded in 1979 by Joe and Sharon Carollo. We have been serving Santa Cruz for 47 years. Our recipes come from the Carollo family's roots in Carini, Sicily, and we still make everything the same way today. We have two locations: 2415 Mission Street on the Westside and 2501 Soquel Drive.
Q: Do you make Sicilian square pizza?
Yes, Sicilian thick-crust square pizza is our signature. It is baked in a square pan with a thick, airy crust and a crispy bottom -- made from traditional family recipes brought over from Sicily. It is a completely different style from the typical thin-crust slice you find at most Santa Cruz pizza places. Available at both our Mission Street and Soquel Drive locations.
Q: What neighborhoods in Santa Cruz do you deliver to?
Our Mission Street location delivers to the Westside, UCSC and the university area, Natural Bridges, West Cliff, Pasatiempo, Downtown Santa Cruz, Seabright, and the Beach and Boardwalk area. Our Soquel Drive location delivers to Live Oak, Soquel, Twin Lakes, Seabright, DeLaveaga, and toward Capitola and Aptos. We use our own drivers -- no DoorDash, no Uber Eats fees.
